Strength Training

Since I started training with Diana, I feel stronger, have more energy and have noticed that my menopausal joint pain has pretty much disappeared. Diana is a great teacher; she gives very clear instructions; is infinitely patient (I am not the most co-ordinated!) and really cares about doing her best for her clients. Her online instructional videos and monthly newsletters are fantastic and full of very useful and relevant content, especially in the area of of menopause information and support.Would recommend!
