Plyometrics-curtsey lunges (2 extra videos under SHORTS)
Plyometrics - to improve your bones, muscles, metabolism, mood and balance!
Each video starts with the beginner version of the movement and then progresses to the more advanced version. Choose one or more of these movements to do 2/3 x p/w(with two days rest in between ). When doing any of the movements, do it for 10-30 seconds and then rest for a 1-3 minutes before you go again with the same movement or another one shown here. There are many more plyometric exercises/movements but these are good ones to get going with.
Studies have shown that plyometric exercise raises serum testosterone levels. Additionally, it appears to lower cortisol levels. This is an important note since some forms of intense training (ie.HIIT) actually elevate cortisol levels in the system–and cortisol has the effect of lowering testosterone production.
